4. Service Terms

4.1 Booking and Confirmation

  • All service bookings must be confirmed in writing
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • Special rates may apply for urgent or specialized services
  • Minimum charges may apply for certain routes

4.2 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility
  • Proof of delivery will be provided upon request
  • Undelivered goods will be returned to origin after 7 days

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

5.2 Payment Schedule

  • Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date
  • Late payment charges of 2% per month may apply
  • Credit terms available for regular customers subject to approval
  • Advance payment may be required for new customers

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 General Liability

Our liability is limited to the actual value of the goods transported. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Damage due to inherent vice or nature of goods
  • Loss or damage due to force majeure events

6.2 Insurance Coverage

  • Basic insurance coverage is included in our services
  • Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value goods
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Insurance claims are subject to terms and conditions of the insurance provider

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited for transportation:

  • Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Perishable goods without proper packaging
  • Valuables such as cash, jewelry, or precious metals
  • Live animals (except with special arrangements)

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about goods
  • Proper packaging and labeling of goods
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing necessary documentation for customs clearance
  • Timely payment of all charges

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Labor strikes or disputes
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Pandemic or health emergencies

12.2 Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

12.3 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any customer who:

  • Fails to make timely payments
